Where is Kind Studio based?

Um, in Paradise! AKA Sunshine Coast in beautiful Queensland.

What shipping methods are available?

We use good old snail mail to ship the majority of our orders. However, if you are in a hurry, we do offer an express service, because we’ve all been that person who forgets about Aunty Jan’s birthday until two days before.

How long will it take to get my package?

We pack and post all orders within 24 hours from our Sunshine Coast studio. However, your actual delivery date does depend on where you live. We will flick you an email when your order leaves us and you can keep an eye on your package online using Australia Post’s parcel tracking service. How handy is that?!

Do you ship internationally?

Heck yes, we do! But just not via our online store at the moment. Instead, please hit us up via email and let us know where in the world you are and we’ll send you an estimate for your order (international delivery prices do vary depending on where you live).

Um, what about refunds?

We package all cards and orders ourselves with our little golden mitts so we can assure the quality of our cards. If, however, your cards arrive damaged from transit, then please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

How do I become a wholesaler?

We are always on the hunt for beautiful stores to stock our cards, so if you are interested in getting Kind. on board, please sing out or head on over to our wholesaler page.

Where can I buy Kind products?

We sell online, however if you are a bit of a touchy, feely kinda kid then we are stocked in a stack of beautiful stores. See our current stockists here.
